Updated October 13, 2026. These terms concern shopping and using the website at usadgs.com.
Product listings and availability
Review the selected item, plastic, weight, price and listed photograph before ordering. Individual-disc options show the inventory available for that selection. Availability can change, and a product page may remain visible when its inventory has sold out.
Flight ratings and buying guides describe general characteristics, not a guaranteed result for every throw. Disc condition, plastic, weight, wear, weather and throwing technique can affect flight. A preorder, collection or special-release listing may have additional details to review before purchasing.
Orders, prices and payment
Check your delivery address, selected items, discounts, shipping method and total before submitting an order. The checkout total includes the charges shown for that order. Use your order confirmation and Order history to refer to a purchase, and contact us if you notice an error or need help.
Available payment methods are shown at checkout. Payment-provider services are subject to their own terms and privacy information. Prices or availability for later orders may differ from an earlier listing or purchase.
Shipping, returns and refunds
Read the Shipping & delivery page for current delivery options. Our existing Returns & exchanges policy explains eligibility, item condition, refund timing and return-shipping responsibility. These pages should be read with the specific product information and checkout details for your order.
Your account and use of the site
Provide accurate contact and delivery information, keep your sign-in details secure, and report suspected unauthorized account activity to customer support. Use the site lawfully; do not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access or submit fraudulent orders or misleading reviews.
USADGS content is provided to help you shop and learn about disc golf. Manufacturer names, marks and artwork remain associated with their respective owners. Public links to other websites do not change the separate terms or privacy practices of those websites.
Privacy and support
The Privacy Policy explains the information used by the store and how to make a privacy request. Questions about a product or order can be sent through the contact details on Contact USADGS.
Updates and your rights
We may update site information as products, services or practices change. Refer to the details provided for your particular order and contact us if information appears inconsistent. Nothing on these pages removes consumer rights that applicable law protects.
