For an existing order, include your order number and the email used at checkout. For a product question, include the disc name or a link to the listing.
Do not send passwords or full payment-card details.
Find your order
Sign in to Order history to view orders associated with your account. If you checked out as a guest, refer to your order confirmation and email us with the order number.

Shipping and delivery
See our Shipping page for current delivery options and checkout rates. If tracking shows a delivery issue, include the tracking number and a short explanation in your email.
Returns or damaged items
Read the Returns & exchanges policy before sending an item back. For a damaged or incorrect order, include clear photos of the item and packaging with your order number.
Privacy requests
Use the support email above to ask about your personal data, request a copy or request deletion. We may ask you to verify that the request concerns your own account. See the Privacy Policy for details.
