Delivery destinations
The store currently has delivery methods configured for United States addresses. International delivery is not currently offered through checkout. If your address does not show an available shipping method, contact us before ordering.
Check your checkout total
Enter the complete delivery address and review the offered methods before paying. Shipping eligibility and any applicable taxes are calculated for that address and order. Your final checkout total is the amount to review before placing the order.
Order preparation and tracking
Refer to your order confirmation, any dispatch notification and carrier tracking for the status of a particular order. Any preorder or special fulfillment information stated on a product listing applies to that item. Carrier transit estimates do not guarantee an arrival date.
Address changes or delivery problems
Contact us with your order number as soon as you notice an incorrect address or a delivery problem. We will check the order’s status; an address change may no longer be possible after dispatch. Do not place a replacement order solely because a tracking update is delayed without first checking with us.
